You can ask us to delete your BreakPass data at any time.

How to ask

Email hello@breakpass.ai from the email address on your account, or use the delete option in your BreakPass dashboard once it’s available. Tell us you want your data deleted.

What we delete

We delete your account details, verified phone numbers, alert content, and delivery and call history.

What we keep, and why

Some records have to stay for legal reasons, even after you delete your account:

• Accounting records (invoices, payment records): kept for 5 years, as UAE law requires.
• Consent and verification records (proof that a number opted in, and when): kept for as long as needed to show we had permission to message that number, in case of a dispute.

These records are kept only for their legal purpose and are not used to send you any further alerts.

How long it takes

We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
