Do I need a Twilio or Meta account?

No. BreakPass uses its own official WhatsApp sender. You just connect ChatGPT and verify your number.

Will ChatGPT still work if I don’t reply?

Yes. An alert marked Action waits for Acknowledge or Snooze; ChatGPT sees the status either way.
