Do I need a Twilio or Meta account?

No. BreakPass uses its own official WhatsApp sender. You just connect OpenClaw and verify your number.

Will OpenClaw still work if I don’t reply?

Yes. An alert marked Action waits for Acknowledge or Snooze; OpenClaw sees the status either way.
