Gemini can call you when it matters

Set it up

However you use Gemini, getting BreakPass takes three things: connect it, verify your number, and tell Gemini what to watch for.

Open Gemini and go to Settings → Connected apps.
Select Custom apps, then paste your BreakPass link. (It arrives with your early-access invite.)
Sign in once and verify your number.
Save our number. Download the contact card and save it as a favourite (iPhone) or a starred contact (Android). Your phone will ring even on Do Not Disturb once it’s saved this way.

Do I need a Twilio or Meta account?

No. BreakPass uses its own official WhatsApp sender. You just connect Gemini and verify your number.

Will Gemini still work if I don’t reply?

Yes. An alert marked Action waits for Acknowledge or Snooze; Gemini sees the status either way.

Can Gemini alert my family or team too?

Yes — add their numbers and they confirm with a one-time code. Gemini can only message a number that’s confirmed.

Does this need a Google Workspace admin?

Not for a personal Gemini account. On Gemini Enterprise, your admin sets this up for your team.
